Making your own stuffing is a delicious addition to Christmas lunch.
INGREDIENTS
1 onion
50g butter
1 clove of garlic
1 apple (grated)
5g chopped parsley
5g chopped sage
5g thyme (strip leaves off stalks)
25g apricots
500g sausage meat
50g bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
METHOD
Combine all ingredients together. Add seasoning. Roll out on to silicon paper then wrap and freeze. Cook when you need it.
Add additional ingredients if you'd like to put your own twist on it. Eg, cranberries, orange peel, chestnuts.
