A light, healthy option that will brighten up your day! Perfect for breakfast or as a snack at any time!



3 ripe bananas

2 tbsp of your favourite peanut butter

100ml milk - you can use a dairy free alternative (soya, almond, oat, coconut milk)

1/2 teaspoon honey

A handful of ice

Chia seeds (for topping)

Blueberries (for topping)


1. Add your bananas, peanut butter, milk, honey and ice to a blender and blend until you have a smooth but quite thick consistency. You can add milk if you'd prefer a thinner smoothie!

2. Transfer smoothie to a bowl and add more bananas, chia seeds and blueberries as a topping. Feel free to add more toppings and get creative!
