A healthy granola recipe that you can adapt to make your own!
500g rolled oats
200g raw nuts/ seeds
1 tsp salt
50ml olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
40g dried fruit
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nuts & seeds and salt before adding the olive oil, honey and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper and pour the mixture onto the tray, ensuring an even layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring half way. Allow it to cool.
Once the granola is completely cool, add the dried fruit and stir well.
Keep in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
