A TASTE OF TAPAS Take a culinary journey to Spain with our Taste of Spain: Tapas course. Learn how to prepare a delicious selection of classic Spanish small plates, packed with vibrant flavours and perfect for sharing. Discover traditional ingredients, essential techniques and the secrets behind some of Spain’s most-loved tapas, from simple bites to impressive dishes. Whether you’re a fan of Spanish food or looking to expand your cooking skills, this hands-on course is a great way to bring a taste of Spain into your own kitchen. Sample dishes: Patatas bravas Chicken and chorizo, paella Your day begins at 9.45am in the Furnace Café, where you’ll enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee and have the chance to meet your fellow delegates and your chef. Your chef will introduce you to the class menu and talk you through how the day will run before you’re shown to your own workspace in our fully equipped Cookery School kitchen. With step-by-step tuition throughout, your chef will be on hand to guide and assist you, making the experience fun, relaxed and easy to follow — whether you’re a confident cook or a complete beginner. All ingredients, aprons and drinks are provided throughout the class, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a container for taking your delicious creations home. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with new cooking skills, recipe notes and the dishes you’ve prepared yourself to enjoy at home. This is a full day course, running from 9.45am until 4.00pm. Lunch and refreshments are included. £150pp Unfortunately we are unable to tailor recipes in this course with substitutions for dietary requirements or allergies as it can significantly change the composition and outcome of the dishes.
