PASTA MASTERCLASS Master the art of fresh pasta in our hands-on Pasta Masterclass. Learn how to make pasta dough from scratch, perfect your technique and discover how to shape and prepare a variety of delicious pasta. You’ll also explore sauces and flavour combinations that complement your homemade pasta, with plenty of tips and techniques to help you recreate authentic Italian dishes at home. A fun and practical course for pasta lovers of all abilities. Samples: Tortelloni, cappelletti, tagliatelle Your day begins at 9.45am in the Furnace Café, where you’ll enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee and have the chance to meet your fellow delegates and your chef. Your chef will introduce you to the class menu and talk you through how the day will run before you’re shown to your own workspace in our fully equipped Cookery School kitchen. With step-by-step tuition throughout, your chef will be on hand to guide and assist you, making the experience fun, relaxed and easy to follow — whether you’re a confident cook or a complete beginner. All ingredients, aprons and drinks are provided throughout the class, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a container for taking your delicious creations home. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with new cooking skills, recipe notes and the dishes you’ve prepared yourself to enjoy at home. This is a half-day course, running from 9.45am until 1.00pm. £80pp Unfortunately we are unable to tailor recipes in this course with substitutions for dietary requirements or allergies as it can significantly change the composition and outcome of the dishes.
