STEAK NIGHT Join us for an indulgent Steak Night experience, where you’ll learn the secrets to preparing and cooking the perfect steak. Discover different cuts from our butchery, explore the best cooking techniques, and create delicious sides and sauces to accompany your steak. Once the cooking is complete, head to our private dining room to sit back, relax and enjoy your dishes together, paired with a glass of wine. A relaxed and sociable evening celebrating great steak, good food and excellent company. Sample dishes: Diane, au poivre. The difference in sirloin, rump, fillet and rib eye steaks Your chef will introduce you to the class menu and talk you through how the day will run before you’re shown to your own workspace in our fully equipped Cookery School kitchen. With step-by-step tuition throughout, your chef will be on hand to guide and assist you, making the experience fun, relaxed and easy to follow — whether you’re a confident cook or a complete beginner. All ingredients, aprons and drinks are provided throughout the class, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a container for taking your delicious creations home. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with new cooking skills and recipe notes. This is an evening class followed by dinner, running from 5.00pm until 8.00pm. Enjoy your steak, sides and sauce in our private dining room following the class including a glass of wine. £80pp Unfortunately we are unable to tailor recipes in this course with substitutions for dietary requirements or allergies as it can significantly change the composition and outcome of the dishes.
