STEAK EVENING Join us for a special Steak Night experience, where you’ll discover the art of cooking the perfect steak using a selection of quality cuts from our own butchery. Learn about different cuts and cooking methods, along with how to create delicious sides and sauces to complement your steak. Once the cooking is complete, sit back and enjoy your creations in our private dining room, accompanied by a glass of wine. A relaxed and indulgent evening for steak lovers and food enthusiasts alike. Sample dishes: Diane, au poivre. The difference in sirloin, rump, fillet and rib eye steaks Your chef will introduce you to the class menu and talk you through how the day will run before you’re shown to your own workspace in our fully equipped Cookery School kitchen. With step-by-step tuition throughout, your chef will be on hand to guide and assist you, making the experience fun, relaxed and easy to follow — whether you’re a confident cook or a complete beginner. All ingredients, aprons and drinks are provided throughout the class, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm and a container for taking your delicious creations home. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with new cooking skills and recipe notes. This is an evening class followed by dinner, running from 5.00pm until 8.00pm. Enjoy your steak, sides and sauce in our private dining room following the class including a glass of wine. £80pp Unfortunately we are unable to tailor recipes in this course with substitutions for dietary requirements or allergies as it can significantly change the composition and outcome of the dishes.
