Service Description

BUTCHERY MASTERCLASS Join us in The Cookery School for our Butchery Masterclass. This course gives you the confidence to take on butchery at home. It is designed to give you a basic understanding of some traditional butchery skills. £120pp This is a hands on course and includes lunch. All ingredients and equipment are provided. Unfortunately we are unable to tailor recipes in this course with substitutions for dietary requirements or allergies as it can significantly change the composition and outcome of the dishes. Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited numbers in our workshops/courses take we cannot offer a refund if you wish to cancel. However, we are happy to reschedule your booking to an alternative workshop/course if we have 14 days notice.
