  • Cured Iberico Salchichon sausage sliced and vacuum packed in 100 g pack.

    The Iberico pig is populary known as Pata Negra (black hoof), is free range and reared in the dehesas (grasslands) of South Western Spain and is fed just on bellota (acorns).

    This Salchichon is air dried for around 4 months in the region of Guijuelo

     

     

  • Ingredients: Lean Iberico pork, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, natural spices, emulsifiers (E-450a, E-450b, E-450c), antioxidant (E-300), preservatives (E-250, E-252).
