A master class on Welsh Rare Breed Pork. Discover new cuts and different ways to cook pork, using cheaper cuts without missing out on flavour. Join Bodnant’s head butcher as he demonstrates how to make your own bacon & sausages. Followed by Bodnant’s executive chef, Hefin Roberts who will show you the secrets of the perfect belly pork & utilize the rest of the pork.
You’ll make bacon, sausages, confit belly pork and pork rillette.
Lunch will consist of Bodnant bangers & mash and a glass of wine from the Bodnant wine cellar.
