Welsh Meat & Sauce: Full Day

Located in the foothills of Snowdonia and on the edges of the salt marshes, we are in a prime location to take advantage of the high quality local meat available to us.

Working with independent accredited farmers who supply PGI status Welsh beef and Welsh Lamb, plus rare breed pork we always use locally sourced meat with full traceability all the way back to the farm.

On arrival you will be welcomed to Bodnant with a choice of tea and coffee and freshly made Welsh cakes from our bakery.

You will learn techniques such as butchery, tying meat and stuffing; plus we will show you the best way to ensure your meat is cooked to the highest standards. We will make a range of sauces to accompany the meat and stuffing and you can try all the meat and sauces you have cooked, and pair them with matching wines from our onsite wine cellar.

After your course you will leave feeling confident cooking meat and making sauces at home.
