Welsh Fish & Shellfish: Full Day

On arrival you will be welcomed to Bodnant with a choice of tea and coffee and freshly made Welsh cakes from our bakery.

You will learn how to cook and prepare sustainably sourced fish, learning techniques such as skinning, filleting and boning and the best way to ensure the fish is cooked to the highest standards.

To accompany your fish dishes, we will make a range of fish sauces, soups and stocks, for lunch you will try the fish and shellfish you have cooked and pair them with matching wines from our onsite wine cellar.

After your course you will leave feeling confident in cooking shellfish and fish at home.
