A master class on Welsh Black Beef. Discover new cuts and different ways to cook Welsh Black Beef, using cheaper cuts without missing out on flavour. Join Bodnant’s head butcher and Executive Chef, who will show you the secrets of the perfect Beef Wellington and further cuts.
You’ll make Welsh Black Beef Wellington, Oxtail burgers, Short ribs
Lunch and a glass of wine from the Bodnant wine cellar included.

Please note courses will be cancelled if minimum booking numbers are not reached. Students will be notified a week before if this is the case.
