Pie & Pastry Making: Full Day

If you’ve always wanted to master the art of pastry making to create perfect pies and puddings, then this course is perfect for you.

On arrival you will be welcomed to Bodnant with a choice of tea and coffee and freshly made Welsh cakes from our bakery.

For lunch, you will get to try one of the pies that you have prepared and pair them with matching wines from our onsite wine cellar.

After your course you will leave feeling confident in pastry making at home.
