Patisserie Secrets- Full Day

On arrival you will be welcomed to Bodnant with a choice of tea and coffee and freshly made Welsh cakes from our bakery.

On our “Patisserie Secrets” course you will learn techniques such as making pastry, tempering chocolate. You will also learn the best techniques to ensure that your desserts are prepared to a patisserie standard.

After your course you will leave feeling confident in making a wide range of different desserts.

You will learn to cook: Chocolate truffles, lemon tart, Chocolate fondant, Mirror glazed mousse cake
