The Hayloft combines the very best of Bodnant in-house and local Welsh produce to bring you rustic Welsh food with a modern twist.
Our meats have been carefully sourced by our butchery from neighboring farms wherever possible; the award-winning cheeses and ice creams are homemade in our onsite dairy; the bread is handmade daily in the farm shop bakery; and the fish is sourced from the nearby shores, off the Welsh coast.
The Hayloft Bar
Adjoined to the restaurant is the Hayloft Bar, featuring an array of Welsh ciders and locally brewed ales. As well as a global selection of wines, carefully hand-picked from the Bodnant Wine Cellar by in-house experts, and both local and international spirits.
The Hayloft Restaurant is also available for private functions- seating up to 100 guests.
