We are looking for an experienced butcher/butchery assistant to join our busy traditional butchery team.
The ideal candidate will have previous butchery experience, good knife skills and be able to demonstrate core butchery techniques including boning, cutting, trimming, jointing and portion control. Knowledge in sausage making and production is advantageous.
With excellent customer service skills duties will include serving customers, making up orders, cleaning equipment, packing meat for sale, maintaining cleanliness standards, HACCP & our current butchery procedures.
This is a full-time position which will include weekend work.
