Restaurant Manager – The Hayloft Restaurant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and passionate individual who strives to deliver the very best. Due to our ever-growing success we now require a Restaurant Manager to front and take our restaurant to the next level.
The Restaurant THE HAYLOFT at the award winning Bodnant Welsh food Centre will now open all day everyday 7 days a week, with new menus for lunch, BBQ and A la carte. The restaurant also hosts music and live entertainment, weddings, formal diners, BBQs, festivals and food & wine demonstrations.
You will lead, inspire and motivate the restaurant and events team, to offer a seamless service and go the extra mile to exceed our customer expectations.
People management, performance management, developing standards, planning, teamwork, excellent customer service, self-motivated, multi -tasking.
Duties will include:
People – Selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, counselling, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, enforcing policies and procedures.
Operational – Contributing information, recommendations to strategic plans, preparing and completing actions from one 2 ones, implementing productivity, quality, a high standard of customer service, completing audits, implementing change, plan menus with executive chef.
Financial – Breaking down annual budgets, analysing variances, scheduling expenditures, controlling labour, initiating corrective actions, maximise profit, and promote the centre.
